Terms and Conditions of Use
By accessing or using this website (the "Site") or any of the services provided by Living on Air (the "Company"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, as well as all applicable laws and regulations. Living on Air reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Use of Services
Our coliving and coworking space is open to all users, with no age restrictions. By booking a stay or reserving a workspace through our website, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions and all other rules and policies made available to you by Living on Air. Reservations are subject to availability and must be paid by credit card at the time of booking.
Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the start time of your booking may not be eligible for a refund. Living on Air reserves the right to evaluate refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
Community Conduct
We are committed to fostering a respectful, inclusive, and professional environment. All guests are expected to comply with our house rules and demonstrate courtesy toward fellow users and staff. Any form of disruptive, disrespectful, or inappropriate behavior may result in immediate removal from the premises without refund.
Intellectual Property
All content found on this Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and design elements (collectively, the "Content"), is the property of Living on Air or its content providers and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. No part of the Site or its Content may be reproduced, distributed, or used in any manner without the prior written consent of Living on Air.

Living on Air shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, business interruption, or productivity, arising out of or related to your use of our coliving and coworking spaces, website, or any other services offered.
Availability
Our coliving and coworking spaces are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for residents and members with access. Our staff is available to assist you daily from 08:00 AM to 09:30 PM (local time). Please contact our team during these hours for any on-site assistance or inquiries.
